LCO Child Support launches dedicated online portal giving families secure access to their child support case

The LCO Child Support Program, located in Hayward, WI, is committed to upholding, enforcing and advocating for children’s right for support from both parents in order to raise the standard of living for Tribal children.

As part of a continued effort to better serve the community, LCO Child Support continues to make technological advances designed to enable improved communication, enhanced case management and dissemination of valuable child support information in a timely manner.

Recently, the program’s website underwent a major redesign, improving usability and adding valuable features for their visitors. This month the program announced another major advancement: a self-service online portal.

LCO Child Support Portal

The LCO Child Support portal is available 24/7 year round for those participating in the LCO Child Support Program. This self-service portal provides a digital avenue for families to access information about their case and also allows for individuals to securely communicate with their child support specialist. The portal is available to both those parents paying child support, as well as those ordered to receive support.

How to Access the LCO Child Support Portal  

The LCO Child Support portal is available to those searching for child support near me, and is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices anywhere users have an internet connection.
Requirements to Access and Utilize the Portal:

• User must have an active child support case with LCO
• User must contact LCO Child Support to obtain a token required to access the portal
• User must have an active and valid email address

Once a user has met those requirements, they may visit the portal page where further instructions and a simple step-by-step process will walk them through the official registration steps to access their information.

Benefits of the LCO Child Support Portal

The newly implemented portal makes available real-time information for those participants in the program. Individuals can look up both case and payment information through the portal, including but not limited to payment history, payment due dates, obligation details, case summary, upcoming court hearings and the ability to contact the child support office using a secure message feature.
