For Case Participants of Lac Courte Oreilles Child Support
interested a Parenting Time Resource

Want to understand how a legal order for parenting time might work? And how you and your child can stay safe during the process?
We have partnered with the civil legal services provider Judicare to provide free one-hour consultations to parents and caregivers who have an open case with LCO Child Support Services.  These consultations do not include legal representation but can give parents and caregivers valuable information about:
How to file for a parenting time order How to respond to another parent who has filed How to plan for your safety and your child’s safety when seeking parenting time What to expect in court What your rights and responsibilities will likely be with a parenting time order Any parent or caregiver connected to an open child support case with LCO Child Support Services can request one of these consultations. Judicare will then make an independent decision about whether they can conduct the consultation.
